• Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and renewals
• Process payments and update customer accounts
• Support the team with various administrative duties
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license (training and costs covered by the agency)
