Junior Jewelry & Customer Service Associate (16+)

Are you friendly, dependable, and eager to learn? Grayson & Co. Jewelers is looking for a motivated high school student to join our team as a Part-Time Jewelry Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in business, marketing, sales, social media, fashion, or customer service. No experience is required—we'll provide training and help you develop valuable skills that will benefit you for years to come. What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable shopping experience Learn about fine jewelry, gemstones, watches, and gift items Assist customers and develop professional sales and customer service skills Help create social media content for Facebook and Instagram Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep showcases organized Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and pricing tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Support teammates and follow store security procedures Stay productive during slower periods by finding ways to contribute and assist

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, positive, and outgoing Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with customers Organized and detail-oriented Willing to learn and accept feedback A team player with a strong work ethic Professional in appearance and attitude Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Currently enrolled in high school (minimum two years completed preferred) Customer service, retail, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required Basic computer and social media skills Basic math and calculator skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Availability 2-3 days per week, approximately 5-15 hours per week Shifts are typically 2.5-4.5 hours in length Saturday availability required (9:30 AM-2:30 PM), with approximately 2 Saturdays per month scheduled Additional availability during summer break, school breaks, and busy holiday periods (including Black Friday weekend, Christmas Eve, and post-Christmas days) is preferred

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$11.75-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
