Customer Service Representative Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Day Shift Pay rate range: $20.00 - $23.00/hr (depending on experience)
Location:
Jackson, MI
ONSITE POSITION
Primary function is supporting customers and managing order processing activities in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with supply chain and operations teams, tracking shipments, and supporting the full order-to-cash process using SAP/ERP systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Order processing or order management experience preferred SAP/ERP experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$23.92 - $28.81 per hour
