Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for executing day-to-day customer service activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and issue resolution. This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely service while building strong customer relationships and supporting internal operations. The CSR works within established processes and escalates complex or non-routine issues as needed. This role will also provide cross-functional administrative support to accounting operations, including basic accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing activities as needed to serve as backup support for the accounting function.   • Managing incoming calls and discern customer inquiries
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Placing and managing orders using ERP system
  • Working closely with other departments such as sales, warehouse, production and purchasing
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Utilize computer technology to handle customer-related requests
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with sales as well as with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Make suggestive sales recommendations based on customer's buying history to increase average order value
  • Support invoicing processes and assist with basic accounts receivable and accounts payable administrative tasks
  • Provide backup support for accounting-related functions during absences or high-volume periods
  • May perform other duties, as assigned.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
