Job Description
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service Champion and Customer Advocate
- Provide first and single/main point of contact for customers soliciting or receiving service
- Consult, sell and coordinate installation of Sign City film products
- Consult, sell and coordinate installation of Auto trim Designs automotive aftermarket products
- Consult, sell and coordinate installation of Creative Colors International restoration services
- Provide technical assistance to customers on product functionality and on-the-spot resolutions
- Accurately estimate and schedule jobs
- Prepare invoices for service orders
- Maintain team schedule and optimize company's capacity
- Maintain a clean, professional, efficient, and safe working environment
- Some graphics design, vinyl production and preparation
- Miscellaneous shop and showroom activities
- Inventory and check-in deliveries
- Organize and inventory warehouse
- Prep parts and supplies
- Organize and call in returns
- Delivery and pickup of vehicles to customer locations
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to interpret customers' needs and goals and design to them
- Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
- Team focused, family orientated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to complete and coordinate a high volume of complex work in a timely and thorough manner
- Ability to anticipate impact and take initiative beyond direct responsibilities
- Neat and professional appearance
- Persistent, hardworking, always looking to improve
- Honest, loyal and ethical
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow manufactures directions
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- A valid driver's license in good standing with reliable transportation
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Experience in a sales role (preferred)
- Pass drug test, background check and driving record check
- Accepting Apprentice to Experience level candidates
