Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, customer service experience, and knowledge of the tire/automotive industry. This shift is 9:30/10:30a-6pm Monday through Friday. Hours may increase depending on time of year/busyness/employee vacations. No Holidays, No Weekends. Starting pay of 14.00-14.50 per hour based on experience with opportunity for a raise.
Duties:
  • Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
  • Check customers in and out for their appointments
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about pricing for jobs.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Answer phones and questions in regards to services we offer
  • Quote and schedule auto repair and tire jobs for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with towing customers and insurance companies
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computers is a bonus (QuickBooks and internet based websites)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of the tire/auto repair industry a bonus
  • Ability to attend working shifts with consistency and on time
