Inbound Call Center Representative This position is 100% onsite Plymouth, Michigan Candidates must be able to reliably commute. Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a high ‑ volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams. Primary Responsibilities Handle inbound calls (50-100+ per day depending on complexity) Make occasional follow ‑ up outbound calls Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism Accurately enter and update detailed information Use multiple software systems to track and document calls Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures Required Skills & Qualifications 1 year of high ‑ volume call center experience within the past 2-3 years Technical Skills Typing minimum 30 WPM Strong computer navigation skills Ability to multitask across multiple systems Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and listening skills Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor Reliable, consistent attendance Schedule Requirements Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM
