Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join and help organize our dynamic service team. In this vital role, you will coordinate technicians' schedules and customer calls, manage dispatch operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will ensure customers' service requests are scheduled for optimization, efficient fleet management, and seamless communication with clients and technicians alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced customer service calls environment where your analysis skills and scheduling knowledge will drive operational success. Duties Coordinate and dispatch HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service technicians, using ServiceTitan, and ensuring optimal routing and scheduling. Communicate effectively with technicians, fellow dispatchers, and clients via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and respect at all times. Monitor GPS to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and provide real-time updates to clients. Enter data accurately into ServiceTitan to maintain up-to-date team scheduling. Analyze transportation data to identify efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and support transportation planning initiatives for optimizing the service tech's scheduling. Handle inquiries from techs and customers with clear communication skills and a positive attitude. Skills Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan Proven dispatching experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service technicians, with excellent analysis skills. Familiarity with the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service industries. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Proficiency in data entry; strong typing skills for efficient record keeping. Ability to interpret GPS data for route optimization and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
