Hybrid Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and benefits administration. Assist customers with sales administration tasks, including order processing and account management. Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions or products. Conduct telemarketing efforts to promote services and engage potential clients. Collaborate with outside sales teams to support sales initiatives and enhance customer relationships. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively address customer concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes is a plus. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is an advantage. Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping and communication. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
