AmericInn is seeking a versatile and dependable team member to join us as a Guest Service Representative . This role supports a mix of shifts at the front desk, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

What You'll Do:

Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, phone inquiries, and service needs Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times Occasionally manage Night Audit duties, overseeing the property overnight and completing daily reports Support the team by adapting to a variety of shifts and guest needs

What We're Looking For:

A reliable team player with open availability Able to confidently work at least two of the following shifts : 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Comfortable working both independently and with others Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality Flexible to work weekends and holidays

Schedule & Hours:

24-32 hours per week Training will include exposure to all three shifts While most shifts are 8 hours, occasional split shifts may be available as an option to help meet scheduling needs Sound like a good fit? We'd love to meet you.
