Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
- Process payments and make bank deposits
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our customer management system
- Collect necessary information to quote insurance policies
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Not commission-based, cold calling and finding new customers not required
- Michigan insurance licensing will be required within one year.
