Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Professional - Closer! In this vital role, you will be the first and last person that clients interact with ensuring they have a smooth and efficient customer experience. Your expertise will help clients make appointments, check-in, check-out, and purchase retail products. You will need to represent the company's brand by dressing in business attire appropriate for a high-end salon and day spa. You will be providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced beauty industry. If you have a passion and drive for providing top-tier customer support and have 8+ years experience, this role is perfect for you! Qualifications Possess proficiency in math skills and cash counting Ability to remain calm under pressure Dress professionally for work every day (not casual) Are flexible with schedule changes Ability to operate scheduling software Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Love people Strong track record of attendance Ability to work evenings until close Stay aware of things that need to be done and do them without asking Self-motivated to learn (including all retail lines) Superior retail sales ability Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers Professional phone etiquette Have your own reliable car Possess a positive attitude and do not bring personal problems to work Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
