Our mission is to provide compassionate healthcare to people in our communities. We are seeking a new Customer Service Representative Precepto r to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a mentor, trainer, and front-line team member, supporting the development of new customer service staff while performing daily front office and call center responsibilities. You will train and orient new hires on clinic workflows, policies, and procedures; teach front desk and call center functions including scheduling, patient registration, and check-in/check-out; guide staff in navigating the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system; and provide feedback and track training progress. You will also perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, collecting patient information, scheduling appointments, greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, maintaining accurate records, supporting billing processes, and ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times. What You Will Bring Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following skills: Ability to act as a team member Excellent reading, writing and mathematical skills Exceptional accuracy in data entry skills, writing, typing, filling and organizing.
