About Brand My Bag Brand My Bag is a growing custom packaging company specializing in Mylar bags, printed pouches, and branded containers for the cannabis, food, and retail industries. We help our clients stand out with high-quality, compliant packaging and fast, reliable service. Position Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our production and operations team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers after a sale is made—tracking jobs from order placement to delivery and ensuring all questions and concerns are promptly addressed. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from sale through production to final delivery Track and update the status of jobs using internal systems and production software Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, artwork, revisions, and shipping Communicate order details between the sales and production teams to ensure accuracy Proactively follow up with customers throughout the process to provide updates and maintain satisfaction Resolve issues or escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records in CRM, order management, and workflow tracking software Qualifications Experience in customer service, order coordination, or production support preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active orders at once Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems Familiarity with print production or packaging is a plus (not required) Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Please let me know if you require any changes.
