Customer Service Associate /
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Promote and upsell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient store environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Will work some weekends
