As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our clients, guiding them through their insurance needs, answering their questions, and ensuring they feel secure and well-cared for. Salary Range:

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Professional phone etiquette. Great Customer Service Skills. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate and timely information. Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions. Process new insurance applications and renewals efficiently. Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Maintain policy files and customer records accurately in the agency management system. Collaborate with agents to support client needs and retention efforts.
