Owners, Managers Summary of Main Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value Answer customer questions and concerns Attend to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer Process purchases on payment terminal Take cash and card payments Maintain accurate drawer amounts Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner Report unusual activities and events to owners Process newly received shipments Enter new products into inventory system Utilize scheduling software to book and confirm appointments Learn and use Aura Photography equipment to provide services Separate bulk items and add price stickers as needed Weigh items and calculate total price Stock processed items on sales floor and/or in basement as needed Organize and replenish shelves and back-stock area Maintain clean environment throughout shift Various cleaning tasks at the beginning and end of each shift Walk garbage to dumpster Be enthusiastic and informative about all products Help create a positive environment for customers and other staff Take direction from and report to owners and management Work as a team to achieve store goals

Summary of Job Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Proficiency with Square software and hardware (will train upon hiring) Positive attitude and consistent professionalism with all customers Eagerness and motivation to learn about products and services Genuine enthusiasm about our products and services Ability to remain calm in chaotic and busy environment Ability to remain busy during slow periods
