Job description: American Aqua, the provider if the Best Possible Water for our Customers, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are looking for a career opportunity, don't miss this one! American Aqua is a growing company that needs hard working team members to assist in our expansion. Our best Customer Service Representative (CSR) is genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and our CSRs gather that information from our customer. Problem-solving also comes naturally to our customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer concerns. Their target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are a high volume retail and service center seeking an organized candidate with great customer service skills.
