International Customer Service Specialist

Position Summary:

The ICSR will interact with our customers, both end users and dealers, domestically and internationally. Communication will generally be via email and, to a limited extent, phone. The position is responsible for processing customer orders, answer or finding answers to customer questions, providing quotes to customers and completing orders placed by customers, and creating export documentation. The position will also interact with internal departments including shipping, manufacturing and quality control.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Interact with customers (primarily by email and to a lesser extent by phone) and create rapport Responsible for general product knowledge to answer customer questions Provide quotes and shipping estimates for customers Enter orders and when required, complete relevant shipping documentation Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers Look for ways to assist the customer in the order process Maintain quality service by following Company policies, procedures and standards Creating export documentation based on country location Qualifications include: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service or customer administration Possess excellent customer service skills Excellent oral & written communication skills Strong phone presence and listening skills Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision Common sense approach to problem solving Flexibility to learn special needs or requests of ongoing long-term customers Detail focused nature and generally good with basic math Comfort and ability to use computers, email and other related internal software programs effectively Proficient in word, excel and data input Foreign language is a plus

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a related sales or customer service role

Compensation:

$35k+ annual salary. Select candidates with an exceptional fit and experience for the position may start at a higher level.
