Actively seeking a Patient Services Representative team member that will support key reception/phone care with our patients for our long-standing, engaged Clinic in Traverse City -- Traverse Health Clinic! We are not large, but have been a highly regarded Clinic in TC for over 50 years uniquely supporting both Primary Care and Behavioral Health services in one location, including having a medication assisted recovery program accessible to our patients. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
At least (2) years recent combined experience in customer service, patient registration, health records; or other medical office experience highly regarded, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Role welcomes CNA, Medical Assistant related experience. Electronic medical records (EMR) experience preferred. High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Self-directed; able to maintain confidentiality, handle crisis and tolerate stress professionally. Excellent interpersonal and team skills. Ability to relate well with diverse populations of varying socio-economic backgrounds.
