CareLinc is on the lookout for a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly face customers rely on for medical equipment and top-notch service.What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming customers and helping them find the equipment they need (and maybe even something they didn't know they needed!) Listening to customer needs and offering solutions that support their health, comfort, and independence Staying active throughout the day—this role involves regular walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on movement Keeping our showroom looking sharp, clean, and organized Assisting with insurance paperwork and coordinating product deliveries Supporting a team that truly cares—about our customers and each other What You Bring to theTable:
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred A team-oriented, can-do attitude Strong communication and basic computer skills Bonus points if you know medical terminology or have experience with insurance paperwork How We CARE atCareLinc:
