Starting pay is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus a guaranteed weekly/monthly bonus for qualified appointments that result in a sale. We need seasoned representatives who have open availability and can work afternoons, nights and weekends. Fulltime will be a 5 day work week! We will give first priority to candidates who have any or all of the following:
  • Previous experience inbound and outbound sales - Previous experience setting appointments
  • Previous experience in direct-to-consumer sales/sales support.
  • An administrative background with heavy telephone contact.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, with reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Be able to pass a monitored, pre-employment drug screen.
  • Have open availability to work varied hours.
Preference will be given to those who have open availability however, afternoons, nights and weekends are mandatory for this position.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Proficiency (preferably in both) Google Office Suite/Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience working in a high-volume call center. Previous experience with scheduling appointments. The ability to learn and master industry-specific software. Multi-tasking proficiency and time management skills (WE
ARE BUSY!
). Exceptional listening, verbal and written communications ability. Strong ethics, high integrity and a commitment to putting the homeowner first. A pleasant and friendly phone voice. Excellent organizational skills. Geographic knowledge of the metropolitan Detroit area. A customer service/problem-solving mentality. Immediate openings!!! Signing Bonus after 90 days!
