In this role, the AT&T Customer Service Associate will connect with customers, answer questions about internet services, and help individuals better understand available AT&T Fiber options based on their household needs. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and creating positive customer experiences. The AT&T Customer Service Associate will receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to build professional communication and customer support skills in a team-oriented environment. Core Functions of the AT&T Customer Service Associate Speak with customers about their current internet services and answer general questions about AT&T Fiber offerings. Provide friendly, informative, and professional customer support during in-person interactions. Assist with account setup, order processing, and service information while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing timely follow-up when needed. Represent AT&T Fiber with professionalism and strong communication skills in customer-facing environments. Work closely with team members and leadership to stay informed on current products, promotions, and customer service practices. Support customer retention efforts by building rapport and creating a welcoming experience for each customer interaction. Preferred Skills for an AT&T Customer Service Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional setting. Customer-focused mindset with a positive and approachable attitude. Ability to learn new products, services, and technology information. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as an AT&T Customer Service Associate.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
