In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in logistics of road calls. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage customer inquiries will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties Respond to emergency service inquiries from drivers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance. Coordinate roadside emergency services by dispatching the nearest available assistance and tracking service progress in real time with GPS technology. Support fleet management by guiding drivers through emergency situations, advising on safety protocols, and arranging optimal service solutions. Collaborate with company mechanics to streamline operations and ensure rapid, reliable service for drivers in need. Maintain detailed, accurate records of each driver interaction and emergency transaction, keeping all system information up-to-date. Demonstrate professional and compassionate phone etiquette while addressing urgent driver concerns and managing stressful situations. Work with the supply chain team to coordinate parts, equipment, or other resources needed for emergency repairs. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or dispatch role, ideally within the roadside assistance, logistics, or transportation industry. Familiarity with emergency response processes, including vehicle breakdown and towing procedures, is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey information effectively under pressure. Experience with phone systems is beneficial. Knowledge of fleet management and roadside assistance practices is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple emergency cases. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for quick, accurate decision-making.
