JOB DESCRIPTION

The Processing Customer Service Representative will be part of a dynamic team environment and will be responsible for reviewing consumer applications, processing consumer loans and payments and responding to customer inquiries via electronic communications.

is an on-line lending company that has been providing on-line lending solutions to consumers since 2015.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Computer literate, i.e. familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, saving and accessing Internet, using email and other electronic communications systems. Must be able to produce in a fast paced, demanding environment.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior customer service experience. Detail oriented individual with the ability to problem solve and multi-task. Strong oral and written communication skills with a strong desire to make a difference.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phones/emails and respond to customer requests. Process new loan applications and verify application information. Provide customers with product and service information. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. All other duties as assigned.

NOTE:

Opportunity to grow and advance to other levels of processing based on performance review. Hiring shall be subject to successful completion of all required background investigations and a pre-employment drug screening.
