Main responsibilities include professionally representing Women At Risk, International as part of the home booking process, often serving as the first point of contact for prospective hosts and hostesses. This role requires engaging individuals with compassion, professionalism, and care while communicating the mission of Women At Risk, International with passion, purpose, and urgency. The ideal candidate will build meaningful relationships, encourage new hosting opportunities, and help create impactful connections through Shop with Purpose Pop-Up Boutiques and related events. This is an in-person position based at our Headquarters in Wyoming, Michigan. No travel is required. Type (FT/PT) Full-Time Department Call Center Location Wyoming, MI Pay $14.00/hour Duties & Responsibilities Promptly follow up on inquiries and requests for more information regarding hosting opportunities received through inbound emails, marketing campaigns, events, website submissions, and other outreach efforts. Maintain accurate, organized, and meaningful records of communication with prospective hosts and hostesses within the company database system in accordance with company SOPs. Re-engage previous hosts and hostesses through current campaigns, special events, and ongoing outreach initiatives. Professionally represent Women At Risk, International with warmth, compassion, and mission-focused communication. Collaborate effectively as a team player within the Call Center and across departmental teams. Assist with additional duties as assigned in support of the mission and vision of Women At Risk, International. Skills & Abilities Strong dedication to the mission of Women At Risk, International to rescue, restore, redeem, and empower at-risk and rescued women, men, and children. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate web-based customer relationship management and project management systems. Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or customer relations. Ability to communicate persuasively while remaining compassionate, professional, and non-aggressive. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude while working with volunteers, hosts, customers, and team members.
