Supply Chain Manager Job Purpose:
Exercise a customer-first attitude in managing the day-to-day transactions and communications with our customers and our suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
Embrace interfacing with customers and suppliers by facilitating relationships, resolving issues, and create memorable experiences that boost brand and customer loyalty
Offer an unparalleled level of service through the use of excellent follow up, friendly tones, and going the extra mile
Coordinate the needs and capabilities of our customers, suppliers, carriers, and operations
Utilize an engaging balance of written and verbal communication with customers and suppliers and listen for and then appropriately relay concerns and opportunities back to the TFC Team
Understand, employ, and give feedback to Purchasing and Sales on the market strategies implemented
Communicate logistical changes with production, warehouse, and supply chain
Take ownership in customer issues by identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve as quickly as possible with a customer-first attitude
Manage purchase orders and sales orders based upon the production schedule and enter into MRP/ERP
Back up and assist Supply Chain by booking carriers, creating appointments, and monitoring potential freight concerns
Carry out other administrative tasks as needed
Promote personal and company image throughout the community
