Job Description

We need another spoke on our wagon wheel! Trinity Business Partners provides Group and Senior Benefits, Bookkeeping/Payroll, and HR & Business Consulting support for small businesses in the Brainerd Lakes area. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and eager-to-learn personality to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient claims processing. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exemplary customer service while also supporting them during the claims processing operations. Some of the key responsibilities and expectations particular to this role are: Articulate communication through phone, email, and in person. Provide answers and support to clients and their employees regarding their benefits and claims. Be supplemental support for our clients and their employees through Trinity's agents and representatives. Have excellent Microsoft Office skills with better-than-average skills in Excel. The ability to handle deadlines and prioritize responsibilities and tasks. A willingness to learn and grow.
Hours:
Full-Time, Mon•Thu., 8:00am•5:00pm and Fri. 8:00am•
Noon Additional Benefits:

Compensation:
Starting pay is $19-22 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Education and Experience:
High school degree, GED, or equivalent. Three to five years of experience in a customer service and/or client support role.
