Customer Service Representative

Full-Time Customer Service Representative Local Independent Insurance Agency seeking a reliable, friendly, eager to learn Customer Service Representative to join our office.

What you would do:

• Provide excellent service to clients over the phone and in person
• Handle policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Multitask efficiently between calls, emails, and computer systems
• Build positive relationships with clients and carriers What we're looking for:
• Strong computer skills (comfortable with multiple systems and typing)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (required eventually for full roll responsibilities) - we provide full training, materials, and cover the cost of licensing exams and fees Why join us?
