Description We are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to support client interactions and service delivery in Burnsville, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Document customer interactions and update account information Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns Provide product or service information clearly and accurately Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements Requirements:
