In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and a wealth of knowledge to guide them through the repair process. You will be able to accurately estimate the collision damages to the vehicle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills, organizational skills along with selling the customer to use us as a repair facility. You will be helping customers understand their vehicle needs and guiding them through the repair process with confidence and enthusiasm. You will also be assisting the controller with all invoices, scanning documents and month end duties to make sure all documentation are in order. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assess their vehicle service needs with a friendly, professional approach Create repair orders along with the photo documentations of the vehicles Prepare accurate collision estimates using estimating software, clearly explaining repair options and costs to customers Maintain a clean and organized front office environment that reflects professionalism and efficiency Requirements Attitude and work ethic is more important than automotive knowledge Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Familiarity with automotive service writing software and cash handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail ability to read a customer and figure out a solution to their problem Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and care!
