Client Relations Specialist. Job in Saint Paul Gr8Jobs

We're looking for a sophisticated, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with sales and marketing experience who enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals and professionals in a legal environment. If you have a background in sales or marketing, can handle a high volume of client leads and tracking relationships, are a good communicator, and enjoy client interaction, this position is for you! We are seeking a positive, outgoing, and confident person who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional work environment.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Build partnerships with community business owners, including financial planners, CPAs, and insurance agents. Attend networking events to market Gilbert Law services. Re-engage potential clients who cancelled or postponed meetings. Assist clients and financial advisors with funding investments to trusts. Work with the legal team to ensure client files are moving through the process smoothly and efficiently. Work with the partner attorney to ensure the systems are efficient and provide a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Bachelor's Degree Required. Personal Transportation Required.
