We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Fergus Falls, MN team! The best customer care representatives are genuinely excited about helping people. What You'll Do Manage order entry and follow up with customers to resolve issues and answer inquiries Prepare the necessary documentation to provide production teams with accurate customer orders Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain an orderly filing system and organized records for all customers Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Northern Contours systems, products, and processes Handle correspondence, reports, and shipment follow-through with professionalism and care Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while providing problem resolution and analysis Act as a backup to invoicing What You Bring High school diploma or GED (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking ability Natural problem-solving instincts Team-oriented and collaborative mindset Professionalism and discretion with confidential information Commitment to company values and customer satisfaction Working Environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Requires sitting for long periods of time. At times requires wearing common protective or safety equipment. At times includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.
