Customer Solutions & Revenue Specialist

Lakes Area Graphix Lakes Area Graphix is a fast-growing eCommerce company managing 12-15 online brands specializing in custom signage solutions—from banners and yard signs to decals, parking permits, and more. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position works closely with our Director of Revenue Generation & Customer Service, helping drive sales initiatives, improve customer interactions, and ensure our customers find the right solutions for their needs. What You'll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend the best product solutions Support outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups, light prospecting, and quote follow-ups Assist in managing incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues with a solution-first mindset Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, marketing) to ensure a smooth customer experience Help identify opportunities to improve processes, increase conversions, and enhance customer satisfaction Take ownership of key day-to-day tasks that support revenue generation and customer success What We're Looking For Strong communication skills—comfortable talking with customers and building trust quickly Problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide customers to the right solution Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and operate with minimal oversight Sales-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to revenue growth Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service, sales, or eCommerce is a plus Why Join Lakes Area Graphix? Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
