Job Description

Ideal Credit Union continues to grow larger each year and currently has six offices located in Eagan, Hugo, Inver Grove Heights, North St. Paul, Stillwater and Woodbury. Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Inver Grove Heights office . This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. This is a fully on-site position. This individual may be asked to travel to other branch locations for training or to assist as needed. The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating two-week schedule):

PM Week Two Total Hours:
39.25 Hours Week Two Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This is Grade 7•Non-exempt, Hourly, Part-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $22.23•$23.62 per hour. Deadline to apply for this position is on Monday, June 8th by the end of the day.
