- Full-time We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our automotive sales team.
This role combines exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to drive sales. The ideal candidate will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, build lasting relationships, and ensure a positive buying experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner both in-person and online Understand customer needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address questions confidently Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process and beyond
Sales:
Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers Explain features, specifications, and financing/leasing options clearly Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively while maintaining customer trust Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Generate repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Administrative & Team Support:
