Client of Impart Consulting | Mankato, Minnesota A client of Impart Consulting is seeking a Customer Success Advisor (CSA) to build and grow long-term customer relationships while helping clients protect and maximize the value of their roofing assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, account management, problem-solving, and helping customers develop long-term maintenance and capital planning strategies. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with building owners, facility managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service, proactive communication, and long-term value from their roofing programs. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers Conduct account reviews, customer meetings, and proactive check-ins Review roof inspection findings and explain recommendations in a way customers can understand Help customers develop maintenance, repair, and long-term capital planning strategies Identify opportunities for service agreements, maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs Present and close multi-year service and maintenance agreements Coordinate with estimating, operations, and administrative teams to ensure excellent customer service Manage customer concerns, escalations, and service-related issues Maintain CRM records, account activity, forecasts, and customer communication What Success Looks Like Strong customer relationships and high retention rates Growth in Annual Contract Value (ACV) and recurring revenue Successful renewals, contract expansions, and upsell opportunities High customer satisfaction and proactive communication Well-organized account management and follow-through Trusted advisor relationships with customers and stakeholders Ideal Background Customer success, account management, outside sales, or business development experience Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, building services, or related industries preferred Experience selling service agreements, maintenance programs, or recurring revenue solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools Why This Role Stands Out Military-friendly employer Strong promote-from-within culture Blend of customer success, account management, and sales Opportunity to become a trusted advisor to commercial customers Recurring revenue and relationship-focused sales model Stable company with long-term growth opportunities High visibility and impact on customer retention and company growth Compensation & Benefits $60,000 annual draw plus commission potential Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Career advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding organization If you're looking for a career that combines relationship management, customer success, business development, and long-term growth, we'd love to hear from you.
