  • Full-time Job Overview Seeking an experienced service advisor to join our busy service team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of service advisor experience, strong customer service skills, and solid knowledge of warranty processes and procedures. This position is responsible for greeting customers, writing repair orders, communicating service recommendations, coordinating with dispatch and/or technicians, and ensuring warranty claims and documentation are handled accurately. Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
  • Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns clearly
  • Communication with shop regarding diagnostic, repairs, and timelines
  • Review recommended services with customers and obtain approvals
  • Provide accurate estimates and updates throughout the repair process
  • Handle warranty
  • related repairs, documentation, and customer communication
  • Ensure warranty policies and procedures are followed
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Maintain strong communication between customers, dispatch, technicians, parts, and management
  • Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer and/or working knowledge of automotive service repairs, required
  • Warranty experience, preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Basic computer and prior automotive management system (CDK, Tekion, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) experience, preferred
  • Ability to work well with technicians, customers, and management
  • Valid driver's license, required
Pay:
$60,000.00
