Job Description
In this role you will provide the frontline of customer service to the government center visitors and residents of Maple Grove. You will also be tasked to perform a wide variety of general clerical and office-support activities for all departments. As the Customer Service Representative, you will work to ensure that all visitors are directed toward their desired locations and will assist the general public by answering inquires via phone and email.
- This is a job-share position at 20 hours per week, offering part-time benefits
- Wednesdays 12:00 - 4:30 PM, Thursdays & Fridays 8:00 - 4:30 PM
