Position Title:
Call Center Representative Join a team where your communication skills make a real impact! What You'll Do Connect with customers: Make outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries, providing friendly, professional assistance.
Build trust:
Verify client information and ensure accuracy for a smooth experience.
Guide and support:
Clearly explain financing terms and help clients set up payment methods.
Problem-solve:
Reach out to clients regarding late payments and work with them to find solutions.
Stay organized:
Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in our system.
What We're Looking For Experience:
1+ year in a call center or office environment.
Dependability:
Strong work ethic and proven longevity in previous roles.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
Tech-savvy:
Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

DOE Consistent Schedule:
Training:
Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2:30pm
Permanent:
Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2:30pm Occasional Saturday overtime rotation (every 1-1.5 months)
Location:
100% in-office at our Maple Grove location
