Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with field employees and management to log Fleetio incoming equipment repair needs Develop cost estimates for repairing assets and communicate to management Track needed parts and labor in Fleetio Work with Parts Team to order parts needed to complete repairs Communicate all necessary information related to costs, parts, work/labor, to Technicians and management Contact appropriate employees and give updates on status of repairs, coordinate pick up when repairs are complete Finalize all Fleetio documentation in regards to repairs and work orders Ensure all repair history is being entered into Fleetio by the Technicians Assist with out state repairs of equipment and vehicles Receive requests for preparing equipment to be sold and generate work orders Safety training as required by position Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
Essential Education and Qualifications:
Mechanical knowledge which includes knowledge of construction equipment and vehicles Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers Ability to use computer software applications such as
