Outbound Call Center Agent•Home Improvement (YHIC)

Schedule:

Saturday-Wednesday, 11:00 AM•8:00 PM (Thursdays & Fridays Off)

Pay:

$17•19 per hour At Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC) , our Outbound Call Center Agents connect with customers over the phone to promote top-tier home improvement services. You won't have to "wing it"—we provide a structured script to guide your conversations and set you up for success. You'll be speaking with homeowners about projects that matter. For most people, their home is their biggest investment, and your role is to help them take the next step in protecting and improving it by scheduling a free in-home estimate at a time that works best for them. Basic computer skills (data entry, navigation, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills An outgoing, positive personality Professionalism and reliability Ability to pass a background check Make outbound calls using a provided script Promote high-quality home improvement services Schedule free estimate appointments Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system Success in this role comes down to personality and connection.
