Customer Service Associate, Golf Apparel

2nd Swing is looking for high-energy Customer Service Associates for our Ryder Cup Pop-Up Golf Apparel and Merchandise store, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a temporary role, through mid-November 2025. This position is seasonal, hours are flexible with around 20-35 hours per week with weekend hours expected. The opportunity for additional hours may be available for the right individual. Greeting and building rapport with golfers Assist guests in finishing their checkout process Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day Answering customer questions in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service experience in the golf industry Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology

Required Qualifications:

2 years of customer service Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
