Job Description

2nd Swing is looking for high-energy Customer Service Associates for our Ryder Cup Pop-Up Golf Apparel and Merchandise store, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a temporary role, through mid-November 2025. This position is seasonal, hours are flexible with around 20-35 hours per week with weekend hours expected. The opportunity for additional hours may be available for the right individual. Impact A Collaborative and Flexible Environment Responsibilities:
Greeting and building rapport with golfers Assist guests in finishing their checkout process Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience in the golf industry Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Required Qualifications:
2 years of customer service Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
