ROLE IMPACT
The Client Services Associate provides essential operational and administrative support to the Financial Advisors and clients of Northern Prairie Financial, ensuring a positive experience and fostering genuine relationships between all parties. A successful individual in this role will boost efficiency and productivity through managing advisor schedules and firm CRM, communicating proactively, processing accurate insurance applications, maintaining extreme organization and document tracking as well as exceling in follow up and follow through. This role is a great opportunity for a highly collaborative professional who operates with an ownership mindset, though not in a sales role, and enjoys a variety of tasks to make an impact on a growing Minnesota business. Please note this is an in-office role in North Oaks, MN and requires the successful completion of a FINRA background and reference checks.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Focused on Operational Administrative Support and Insurance Processing for NPF owners and financial advisors, Jason DeKeuster and Nick Pariseau Schedule and coordinate advisor and client meetings; prepare and process documents, reports, materials, and track action items as requested Provide professional and friendly customer service; perform essential office administrative work including answering phones, scan/copy/print, maintain office, lobby, and conference room cleanliness and readiness for visitors Process new account applications and account service requests accurately, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency Create insurance proposals and recommendations with advisors' guidance Expertly navigate, maintain, and improve the firm's client relationship management (CRM) software Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy document retrieval Operate with strict discretion: handle sensitive, confidential company and personal information with care
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
Associate's degree in business administration and/or equivalent professional experience within administrative roles and financial services, typically 2+ years of experience Relentless attention to detail with exceptional organization and communication skills Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities; proactive and self-sufficient in managing tasks and responsibilities Belief in a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team; flexible, embraces change Proficiency with various technology devices and programs (Microsoft office, CRM software
  • A360, Zoom, etc.
) with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technology

Starting wage of $25
