Job Description

Job description: Join the team at Branch Manager Attachments and TMW Attachments, industry leaders in high-quality skid steer and mini skid steer attachments, as a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative in our Ramsey facility. We pride ourselves on an awesome, family-like team culture with minimal "middle management overloading," and we are looking for a reliable, down-to-earth professional with similar traits! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and our internal departments stay seamlessly connected.
Your Mission:
To serve as the welcoming voice and operational hub for our customers and internal teams by efficiently managing incoming communications, routing calls, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience from the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Call Routing:
Act as the primary, welcoming point of contact for all incoming calls for both Branch Manager Attachments and TMW Attachments. Accurately assess the caller's needs and efficiently route them to the correct internal department (Sales, Technical Support, Internal Engineering, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing). Take and deliver accurate messages when department personnel are unavailable. Thrive in a collaborative, flat-structure environment without the need for constant middle-management oversight. Customer Service & Order Entry (Future Growth): Transition into taking and processing simple customer orders directly over the phone. Receive, review, and accurately enter Purchase Orders (POs) submitted via email into our computer systems. Answer basic customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, or shipping updates. Assist the sales and purchasing teams with light office duties as needed.
Computer Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications for daily communication (email) and data entry. Accurately input and retrieve data from computer systems for order processing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, switchboard, or customer service role is preferred. Clear, professional, and friendly phone etiquette is a must. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when taking messages or entering orders. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi task Work independently and as a team member Reliable transportation to Ramsey, MN.
