The CSR greets clients, answers phone calls, schedule and educate clients. The CSR maintains a professional, cheerful, and helpful attitude when interacting with pet owners. The CSR works under the supervision of the Practice Manager however, they will also receive direction from veterinarians and work closely with veterinary technicians on a daily basis to provide the best patient care. The successful candidate will have experience with working with clients, multitasking and enjoy a fast paced environment. Compassion for pets a must and love of working with people and problem solving are essential.
