CST COMPENSATION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions. Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding. Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues. Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally. Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have but not Required! (We'll train you!): Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
