Guest Service Representative

Overview This position is for 1 part time 3p-11p shift and one part time 7a-3p shift. There is also a full time 3p-11p shift available. Weekends and Holidays are required as needed. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information regarding hotel services and amenities. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems. Assist with reservations and provide recommendations for local attractions and services. Experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in resort environments or similar settings is an advantage. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively. Base Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
