Winery Tasting Room Associate

Be a part of a fun team! We are looking for enthusiastic team members who enjoy customer interaction, are able bodied (lift 40+lbs, can be active and/or stand 8-10 hours), some wine/retail knowledge helpful, and must have the ability to work most weekends and minor holidays . Starting rate of $15/hour plus gratuities. On average gratuities range from $5

We do still need you for a couple weekends through the Fall and there may be some weekday hours available to fill in the Summer as our core team take vacation days.

Responsibilities Customer Service:

Assisting customers at the tasting bar

• pouring wine samples, informing customers about our wines, winery, and vineyards, assisting them with purchases, encouraging case sales, generating an overall friendly customer/client relationship, operating the cash register (Square platform), assisting with case purchases upon exit (cases are minimum 36lbs so staff are encouraged to carry them out for customers that need assistance).

Daily Tasks are shared but include: stocking, sweeping, mopping, picking up terrace, cleaning tables, cleaning restrooms. Must be available weekends through the Fall season. Exceptional team members get first option/offers to return in the Spring. Customer Service experience is a plus. High School education required. Associates or Bachelor's a plus. Due to the nature of the company (alcohol sales) applicants must be 21+. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for advancement within the company.
