Job Description

Job Summary Interested in a career as a customer service representative or manager? We have multiple opportunities at different levels of experience and responsibility. Our goal as a team is to provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service. We are seeking individuals who can stay positive under pressure, are dependable, have a professional demeanor, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Customer service rep will process registrations and titles and/or process driver's license transactions.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer service position involving face-to-face customer contact. Prior data entry experience strongly preferred. Accuracy is more important then speed. Attention to detail and able to follow procedures and instructions Need excellent oral communication skills, good people skills, friendly, outgoing personality. Experience with problem solving, multi-tasking and handling stressful situations. Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a customer service setting is highly desirable. Office hours M-F 9:00 - 5:00 Applicants must be current on state income tax and personal property taxes. Must submit to a criminal background check conducted by the Missouri State Highwayt Patrol.
